I am Sanna Seesvalo. I support people in emotional processing and working through life experiences through expressive arts therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT, tapping), Reiki healing, and Bach flower therapy. This approach makes the process experiential and the results long-lasting.

I work with clients online via Zoom, in person in Tampere (and by arrangement in other locations), as well as at various personal and spiritual growth events. In addition, I offer self-paced online courses that allow you to work at your own rhythm, wherever and whenever it suits you.


About me

I have always known that I came into this life to help and teach others. A wide range of life experiences has opened my heart to compassion — both toward myself and toward others.

I am a creative and peace-loving person whose heart beats for justice, humanity, and love. I am inspired by beauty, creativity, and meaningful encounters, and my ability to see the unique strength in every individual is a profound asset in my work as a guide and facilitator.
